Lipo ( Lithium Polymer ) batteries are the airsofts standard for powering AEGs ( Airsoft electric guns )
They are very compact, lightweight and have a superior rate of fire.
However they do need careful handling and the correct charging equipment to avoid damage or fire hazards.
